We stand behind the quality of every kit. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your kit experience, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ju4u@justyouforyou.com with a brief description and a photo of your kit. We will issue a full store credit toward any other kit.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Kits

Due to the nature of our wellness products — which include candles, bath products, herbal infusions, shower steamers, and personal care items — we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits. This is standard practice for health and hygiene products.

Unopened Kits

Sealed, unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The kit must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us at ju4u@justyouforyou.com before shipping — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, contact us immediately at ju4u@justyouforyou.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

How to Request

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15+ business days have passed without a refund, contact us at ju4u@justyouforyou.com.
