Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every kit. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Returns

You are welcome to open your box and meet your kit. If it is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as every item is unused and the individual seals on consumable items (herbal baths, foot soaks, oils, shower steamers) remain intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot refund kits with used or unsealed items. This is standard practice for personal care products.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you tried your kit and the experience is not what you hoped for, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ju4u@justyouforyou.com with a brief description. We will issue full store credit toward any other kit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, contact us immediately at ju4u@justyouforyou.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

How to Request

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, after we receive and inspect the return. If 15+ business days have passed without a refund, contact us at ju4u@justyouforyou.com.
